Jared Souza is a seasoned ranch broker, land manager, and outfitter with decades of hands-on ranching experience across the American West. His deep-rooted expertise provides buyers and sellers with invaluable insights into critical challenges, including public land access, livestock operations, wildlife and fisheries regulations, grazing and water rights, and strategic capital investments. Currently, Jared oversees more than 500,000 acres in Wyoming for multiple owners, driving asset performance while prioritizing value maximization and stewardship. He collaborates closely with tenants, neighbors, mineral developers, and enhancement initiatives. His up-to-date knowledge of opportunities and business developments stems not just from ongoing research, but from his immense hands-on commitment.
In his free time, Jared coaches youth programs, volunteers on several boards, and serves as Vice Chair of the Wyoming Stock Growers Land Trust and Chair of its Conservation Committee. These roles immerse him in complex real estate issues surrounding conservation easements, enforcement, and strategy further enriching his value to buyers, sellers, and owners across the West.
