Typically, property tours are by appointment only, with 48 hours’ notice, and a broker is present. Before touring, sellers may require an NDA and proof of funds, which is standard for these properties. Come prepared to supply any and all requests that come up. Once the tour is scheduled, your broker will provide a PIN to meet up. Always give yourself ample time, as these rural locations can sometimes be impacted by highway traffic and weather.
