Ericka has over 25 years of experience managing people and improving and streamlining processes and systems. Her career in operations and management has spanned multiple industries, including senior living, landscaping, education, home improvement, and local government.
Ericka’s main focus is on helping people achieve their goals in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Mirr Ranch Group’s emphasis on preserving the beauty and majesty of Colorado is what drew her to the company, where she hopes her unique skill set can be utilized to further this mission.
Ericka has lived in Colorado for over 35 years and loves spending time outdoors with her husband and young son, whether it’s grilling out and playing games in the backyard or taking their dog for walks around the neighborhood.
She also enjoys music, reading mystery novels, doing home improvement projects, traveling, and attending sporting events in the Colorado sunshine (Go Buffs!).
