The nearby world-famous Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre is only a short drive from the property. Some of the greatest music acts in the world make their way to Red Rocks Amphitheatre every summer to play underneath geological wonders at the rocks.

The property was once run as a cattle operation. There is great hay on the property for horses, a fenced pasture, and multiple ranch outbuildings to store tack, hay, or other ranching equipment.
